Engineers make money, Tinkers make fun… Don’t quote me on that but there may be some truth to it. Consider me a low-tech Tinker because I am not an engineer nor have I really made any serious money with my tinking. I have tinkered around with things my entire life.

To write or not to right?

This saves me from the last good reason for not writing so much; it doesn’t become a permanent readable and printable document which may or may not be used against me in someway, shape or form. That, I have learned, shaves me from opening mouth and inserting foot.

Windshield Time…

During the wee hours of the morning while driving down the dark roads, a person has time to ponder things and it does something to your mind. Sometimes I get into a thought that won’t let go. It’s thinking time. We in the industry call it, ‘windshield time’. It’s a form of concentration and it cannot be reproduced later. It’s deep.

Anonymity and the Net…

When we log in on the net and talk with other people we do so in a setting where everyone is a figment of someone else’s imagination. We speak as faceless humans without sound, bodies without physical presence. We are without senses and we can, become senseless in this cyberspace reality.
